PHASE 1 DAY 12 BREAKFAST: None! LUNCH: Scrambled eggs, one piece of toast, and 2 pieces turkey bacon. I hated that I was cheating and I’m pretty sure I was feeling the “sugar blues” from the sudden carb spike from the past few meals. That or dreading going back to work.
